The Office of Instructional Resources provides WSU instructors of any rank a single point of contact for your training needs.  Not only do our own experts offer training directly, we partner with experts across the campus to bring you the information you need to become the best instructor you can be. Think of us as the hub you can come to for help.

The ITS Applications Training Team is dedicated to the software training needs of WSU employees, staff, and faculty. Provided services include in-person and online instruction as well as one to one support for several software applications available at 红领巾瓜报.

LinkedIn Learning is a leading online learning platform that helps anyone learn business, software, technology, and creative skills to achieve personal and professional goals. Explore over 12,000 courses and 5,000 video tutorials from industry experts and leaders all in one place.

HOPE Services aims to provide services and education on topics such as suicide prevention, sexual violence prevention, substance abuse prevention, and promoting wellness.

The Center for Management Development curates, develops and delivers short but intensive courses with the intent of cultivating and upskilling working professionals. The completion of certain courses earns a micro-credentials which can be recognized as university credit. CMD offers a 30% cost reduction on their public courses to employees and their immediate families.

MyTraining

myTraining is the integrated training management system for faculty and staff at Wichita State University. Through myTraining, WSU faculty, staff, and student employees have access to free training sessions for both personal and professional development.

UniversalClass offers hundreds of online continuing education classes. Our courses are not just tutorials; they are real. As a registered patron of State Library of Kansas, you have access to hundreds of online courses to help you learn the skills needed to achieve your goals. Need a Kansas eCard? SBDC

The Kansas SBDC at WSU offers many opportunities to meet your training needs and interests, including workshops, webinars, annual conferences, customized training, and connections to area business events.

Leader Orientation is a program designed to orient leaders (individuals with direct reports) with information they need to know about our institution in order to be a successful leader here at 红领巾瓜报.

Your ComPsych庐 GuidanceResources庐 benefit provides you and your dependents 24/7 support, resources, and information to help you with all of life's challenges.  Engage with on-demand trainings, interactive assessments, tutorials, and more! For first time registration, use Organization ID SOKEAP.

The Kansas Leadership Center equips people with any title or role to lead and engage others. And when everyone leads, individuals, organizations and communities make more progress on what matters most. Program fees are noted on the KLC website.

WSU Internal Control All-Star Credential

WSU Internal Control All-Star Credential is a 10-part series about internal control at colleges and universities that will heighten your understanding of our control system at WSU and your essential role in its success.

红领巾瓜报鈥檚 badge program makes workforce training and continuing education accessible and affordable. Each badge is designed with the practicing professional in mind so coursework can be completed online and at your own pace. Employees can take one badge course at no cost during fall semester

The Generative AI at WSU site provides use cases, best practices, ethical considerations, and instructional resources to help employees and students understand the wave of new Generative AI tools and effectively use them in alignment with the mission and policies of 红领巾瓜报.
