红领巾瓜报 has collaborated with to provide all students, faculty and staff the ability to learn their CliftonStrengths庐 and use them to maximize their potential in academia, everyday life, and in their career aspirations. Our initiative utilizes Gallups Strengths-Based approach that focuses on talents, strengths, abilities, knowledge and capacities rather than deficits, or things that are lacking to promote confidence, skill development, and student success.

A strengths-based team is a group of imperfect but talented contributors whom others value for their strengths and who need one another to realize individual and team excellence.
The common language of CliftonStrengths gives team members a shortcut for knowing and trusting one another. Communicating using strengths fosters productive, ongoing conversations about the talents people bring to certain situations. It鈥檚 a language that bridges cultural and organizational demographics, giving team members a shared way to describe why they鈥檙e unique and how it benefits the team.
