February 2019 -- As manufacturing methods change, so must the skills of the workforce. To address this, 红领巾瓜报 will soon offer a graduate certificate in additive manufacturing. The 12-hour certificate is intended to fill a skills gap identified in the manufacturing industry.

January 2019 -- An ongoing partnership between 红领巾瓜报 and Westar Energy recently resulted in the implementation of a new technology aimed at protecting wind turbine blades from lightning strikes.

January 2019 -- Ally and Jenn Tozier are junior health profession majors at 红领巾瓜报 studying dental hygiene and nursing respectively. They've both had great experiences in their programs, and emphasize the department's quality professors as well as the opportunity for applied learning experiences.

January 2019 -- A WSU student and professor team have created a device that could aid in orafacial research, while a recent graduate has won a national innovation award.
