Property Reports
Information pertaining to property additions, deletions, transfers, and changes for all capital outlay items is maintained in a mainframe master property file. Monthly and annual reports list additions, deletions and changes by property number, department, building, object code and fund, and support the annual report to the State Department of Administration. Property Control compiles the annual report, and submits it by August 31 of each year for the fiscal year ending June 30. Reports of property sorted by property number, department, location, amount, source, and description are available from Property Control upon request.
