Advertising for a position can impact the quality of your candidate pool. Advertisements should be carefully written to ensure they attract diverse candidates, that they provide adequate information about the posting, that they direct applicants to the WSU posting to apply, and that they are compliant.
All positions that are posted on the external WSU posting site are advertised on the Military Pipeline, Indeed, and Kansas Works websites. Hiring Managers/Search Chairs have the ability to place additional advertisements in other sources, at the expense of the hiring department. Human Resources is available to assist with creating and placing advertisements.
