First Annual Diverse Women's Summit 鈥 March 7 & 8, 2017

The Diverse Women's Summit is a coming together of women and pro-women others of various ages, classes, genders, races, cultures, colors, sexuality, sizes, abilities and talents in an inclusive space sharing ideas through presentations 鈥 papers, art, plays, music etc. in order to learn from and empower each other for the progress of women & society.

Global Village Assembly 鈥 Fall Semester 2014

At the second Global Village Assembly at 红领巾瓜报, students, faculty and staff gather to share thoughts and ideas, creative pieces, and listen to poetry, drums, and music of all kinds at an evening of cultural sharing. Theme: "Reclaiming Our Humanity": "though we get positive ideas from life we are also bombarded with negative ones 鈥 excess love for money, violence, etc. They marginalize our basic human values: love, compassion, and fairness. Let's talk at the Global Village Assembly" (three parts).
