Alaris 30
This photopolymer material jetting printer creates true-to-life parts of any kind with high accuracy. The Alaris30 printer excels in printing exceptional detail by combining thin 0.028 mm (28 microns) layers with a very small drop size and high resolution of 600 脳 600 dpi. With a build tray size of 300 x 200 x 150 mm (11.81 脳 7.87 脳 5.9 in) enabling big parts or many small parts to be constructed simultaneously.
Objet 24
This desktop, material jetting printer capable of constructing realistic models with small moving parts, thin walls and smooth, paintable surfaces. The Objet24 features 0.028 mm (28 microns) print layers and a 240 x 200 x 150 mm (9.45 x 7.87 x 5.9 in) build volume. The printer uses rigid white opaque material (VeroWhitePlus鈩), which is perfect for general-purpose 3D modeling and prototyping.
Viper Si2 Stereo-Lithography Apparatus (SLA)
The Viper SLA builds parts as large as 250 X 250 X 250 millimeters (10 X 10 X 10 inches), and offers high definition modelling, building ultra-detailed parts in high-resolution using photopolymers (UV curable resins). The system utilizes a low power laser beam (30 MW) to cure layers of the part from the bottom up successively. Models can be built at 0.05 mm (0.002 inches) layer thickness giving previously unachievable part definition and detail. The system can build parts in one of two build styles (Solid or QuickCast芒) with a smooth surface finish, excellent optical clarity, high accuracy, and thin, straight vertical walls and is ideal for rapid modelling and prototyping, injection molding and investment casting.
Dimension 1200es FDM
Dimension 1200es is a material extrusion printer. Three-dimensional parts are constructed by extruding a bead of colored ABS plastic through a computer-controlled extrusion head, producing high quality parts that are ready to use immediately after completion. The build envelope measures 254 x 254 x 305 mm (10 x 10 x 12 in). The ABS material is provided in cartridges containing 56.3 cubic inches.
Solido SD 300 Pro
This sheet lamination system constructs parts from sheets of engineered plastic (PVC) using a process known as laminated object manufacturing (LOM). This desktop 3D Printer, constructs parts with a layer thickness of 0.167 mm (0.0066 inches) and a maximum model size of 160 x 210 x 135 mm (6.3 X 8.3 X 5.3 inches).
ZCorp 450
The ZCorp 450 is a binder jetting printer with power bed volume of 203 x 254 x 203 mm (8 x 10 x 8 in); which is capable of moderate accuracy, full-color, complex structure printing. During the construction, a layer of powder (polymer composite with infiltrates) is deposited and then a printhead sprays binder and color where needed. Support structures are not needed because the powder is self-supporting.
