Professional and Scholarly Integrity Training (PSIT)
- ISME graduate students are required to complete "Graduate Student Basic RCR Course" through CITI.
- Check out here for more information about PSIT registration and completion.
- After you are done, please print/save the certificate and completion report as a PDF which shows information on the modules that you have taken (Date completed and Quiz score). Your name and ID appears on the page.
- Submit this certificate and completion report together with your Plan of Study (POS).

- You must download current POS template from Graduate website using the link above and complete the form using Adobe Acrobat. You will also need to sign the form on page 2 using Adobe Acrobat.
- Please do not complete the form while it is open in the browser.

Prelim/ Quizout Exams Description
- PhD Preliminary Exam (Scheduled during the week before or the first two weeks of the Fall and Spring semesters. Please inform the Graduate Coordinator about your intent to participate at least 3 weeks before the start of Fall or Spring semester to schedule prelim exam.
- (submit 3-4 weeks before the start of Fall or Spring semester in which you plan to schedule the exam)
- (submit two (2) weeks before the start of Fall or Spring semester in which you plan to schedule the exam)
- IME 255 Engineering Economy (Scheduled on last Thursday/Friday before start of Fall and Spring semester or during the first two weeks of those semesters. Please check with ISME administrative assistant at least 2 weeks before the start of Fall or Spring semester to schedule quizouts. Fee $75 (exact cash - contact ISME administrative assistant for the payment and receipt). The fee must be paid at least one week prior to the exam date. Recommended textbook as study material: Engineering Economy by Leland Blank and Anthony Tarquin.)
