Grow the diversity of our student body through recruitment efforts.
Strategically develop partnerships that create expanded opportunities for students and create pathways for academic success and completion.
Standardize academic advising to provide consistent support for students across all majors through data-informed proactive advising.
Ensure that all students receive a consistent standard of care.
Develop intentional ways for students to learn about, select, and transition between majors.
Strengthen Financial Aid through collaboration with other units and coordinated, proactive outreach to students.
Provide best practices for student success through enhanced on-boarding, robust first-year experience, early exposure to career planning, expanded access to experimental learning activities, fostering a success-oriented mindset and sense of belonging, and removing institutional obstacles to success.
Develop and expand partnerships with business and industry to identify skills and competencies needed in the workforce in order to design new badge content.
Promote Badge and Lifelong Learning opportunities in the community.
Market undergraduate and graduate certificate programs to non-degree bound students.
Develop and expand opportunities for early college access through concurrent course instruction in local high schools and high school guest enrollment.
