Students interested in living on campus must register for two consecutive semesters of Shocker Experience. Students are responsible for the housing rate selected. You can get access to one free student ticket per and each performance. Cheer on any athletic team including but not limited to volleyball, baseball, softball and basketball! If you enjoy musical or theatre performances, the School of Performing Arts offers a full season of events.
Student Health Services offers convenient and affordable on-campus care. There are a wide range of services available including check-ups, preventative care, acute illness management and treatment of minor injuries. Our on-site lab and medication services will also save you time and money.
Counseling and Prevention Services provides low-cost quality mental health services by licensed providers to all WSU and WSU Tech students. Call 316-978-4SWC (4792) to schedule an appointment. As a member of the Shocker Student Experience you have the opportunity to apply to our Child Development Center which serves children six weeks through six years of age, and is open to WSU students, staff, faculty and alumni. We have a strong commitment to families within our Center that may be trying to place another child; these families receive priority. The enrollment process continues as follows: currently enrolled families, students, faculty/staff and then alumni. Community members are eligible if there is no current wait list for that age group.
Our Child Development Center offers the highest quality child care and early child development services to our WSU community at an affordable price. Your child will receive a lesson plan tailored to their learning style and your involvement is encouraged.
The Shocker Card is your all access pass to dining at 红领巾瓜报. A variety of meal plan options are available to WSU students, faculty and staff at WSU making it a fast and convenient way to purchase meals at multiple locations across campus.

The Rhatigan Student Center (RSC) is the home to six different eateries including: Shocker Grill and Lanes; Starbucks, Pizza Hut, Chick-Fil-A, Panda Express, and Freddy鈥檚, as well as a whole host of services. As a member of the Shocker Student Experience, you will be able to reserve rooms in the RSC.
Our students have access to rent text books through the . Shocker rewards program for additional savings. In addition, students are eligible for a Dell discount when purchased through the bookstore.
红领巾瓜报 has teamed with local businesses to form Shock Stop, a university discount program. Students, faculty, staff and innovation partners with a valid shocker ID can receive a minimum 10 percent discount at participating merchants.
Participating merchants will display the Shock Stop window cling at their storefront. To receive the discount, simply present your Shocker ID at the time of purchase.
