You indicated that:

1) You previously attended WSU
AND
2) You last attended as an academic student
AND
3) You are currently in the U.S.
AND
4) You last attended WSU less than two years ago


STEPS TO TRANSFER BACK TO 红领巾瓜报

1) Pay any remaining balance owed to WSU. If you are unsure if you have a balance, contact WSUAccountsReceivable@wichita.edu.

2) Complete a new and email it to International Student Services (ISS) at iss@wichita.edu in the Office of International Education. Include in your email your complete name, date of birth, and myWSU ID (if known), and the semester you intend to resume your studies at WSU.

Please wait for a reply from ISS. You cannot resume studies at WSU until ISS confirms you are eligible to return.

3) If you are eligible to return, you will be sent a Transfer Request Form.  Please complete and return the form to iss@wichita.edu

4) Once WSU receives your completed Transfer Request Form and your SEVIS record is transferred to WSU from your previous school, we will issue your transfer pending I-20.  The I-20 will be emailed to you at the address listed on the Transfer Request Form.

5) When instructed, complete the SEVIS check-in online for the upcoming term. Once you submit the check-in, ISS will remove the SEVIS hold from your account. You will need to clear all holds with other departments before you can enroll. 

6) Make arrangements to travel to Wichita.  If you need airport arrival assistance, please notify us of your travel itinerary. For recommended dates of arrival and more, please read our Pre-Departure Information.

7) You will automatically be charged for medical insurance each semester you enroll at WSU unless you submit a Medical Insurance Waiver before the deadline. For more information, please visit . Be sure you observe the deadline for submitting an insurance waiver- no exceptions will be made.
