The National Fish Habitat Partnership focuses on conservation of vital fish habitat. Through the partnership, funds are leveraged in order to conduct fish habitat conservation in the priorities laid out in the .

By reaching out to the FWS Region 3 (includes Missouri) Fish Habitat Partnership Coordinator you can determine how local terrestrial and aquatic conservation/restoration efforts help meet regional and national goals.

By becoming knowledgeable and active in the fish partnership you gain access to funding or the ability to raise funds to implement healthy watershed projects. Healthy watersheds lead to healthy fish populations.

Coal Creek, WY The Western Native Trout Initiative

This group of partners is working to secure financial resources to implement 12 projects that address the aging infrastructure to improve riparian habitat, remove barriers to fish and decrease sedimentation.
