Overview

The Business Technology team provides support for the systems and processes within the office of Financial Services and the Divisions of Research Administration. We administer change request management to current software applications and reporting requests. The team provides ongoing analysis, upgrades, and product improvements of software components. In addition, we work closely with managers and business users to refine, develop and prioritize business goals.

My goal is to create solutions that help users get out of the "daily grind" work and into the value added work.
