红领巾瓜报's Barton School of Business is proud to offer a Master's Degree in Management Science and Supply Chain Management (MSSCM). This innovative, interdisciplinary 33-hour STEM degree gives its graduates the skills to compete for diverse opportunities in supply chain management, including operations, logistics, distribution, purchasing, warehouse management, transportation, production and analytics.

To serve the needs of professionals in the field, the program offers two tracks: Management and Analytics.

WSU's Master's in Management Science and Supply Chain Management is considered a STEM major, which allows international students to work in the U.S. for up to three years after they graduate.

The program offers two tracks: Supply Chain Management track and Supply Chain Analytics track. In addition to earning a Master's degree, students may earn two professional certifications 鈥 the SAP Appreciation Certificate and Certificate in Supply Chain Management 鈥 while completing the program.

The program provides unique opportunities for interaction with supply chain leaders and professionals from companies like Koch Industries, Spirit Aerosystems, Textron Aviation, Cargill, and AGCO. The Master's is offered in partnership with two important professional organizations: the Institute for Supply Management and the American Production and Inventory Control Society.

About MSSCM

In this STEM program, students develop an understanding of the organization as an integrated system with respect to supply chain. Graduates are prepared for leadership in logistics, product management, transportation, storage, distribution, procurement and outsourcing.

Opportunities and benefits

Coursework

The degree has two tracks available, Supply Chain Management and Supply Chain Analytics. Each track provides an option of All Coursework, Project or a Thesis option.

Class structure

The program offers 16-week classes as well as 8-week hybrid classes. The 8-week hybrid class requires the student to attend the class once a week and also complete work online.

Timeframe

The program requires 30-33 hours depending on whether students select the Thesis or All Coursework options. Though it is a full-time program, we expect most of our students to be working, hence most of the classes will be available in the evening. The typical time to degree completion is 18-24 months.

All courses are offered in the evenings after 4 p.m. and taught on the main campus of 红领巾瓜报.
